A New Beginning
Finally, I invested the time in myself.
In partnership with my own coach, I realized that when you become aware that the way you’re showing up in your life isn’t working for you, you can make a choice to pivot. It’s that simple, but it’s not necessarily easy.
Through deep inner work, I slowly let go of old beliefs about who I was supposed to be and adopted new ones about who I am and what is possible for me.
By reconnecting with my values, my strengths and my passion, I reconnected with myself.
It was no surprise that I wasn’t fulfilled because the work I was doing and the model in which I was working were no longer aligned with who I am or what I want out of my life.
After doing my own self-reflection, all I could see was high-achieving professionals all around me who felt just like I had. Because working with a coach was so life-changing for me, I ultimately decided to undergo training myself through the most comprehensive coach training program available.
My practice is devoted to helping high-achieving professionals, leaders and teams explore untapped potential as a means of enhancing purpose, engagement and performance. My approach is people-centric and outcome driven. I hold space for my clients to share all the thoughts spinning around in their heads without any fear of judgment. I listen deeply to help connect abstract dots, and then together we chart a path forward. I bring force and love in equal parts — giving clients a firm push, followed by hug!
On a More Personal Note…
There’s nothing I love more
than a good read, a soulful, sweaty yoga class, and deep, engaging conversation. I have two little ones who keep me on my toes and have already taught me more than I could ever teach them. I grew up in New Orleans, so good food is a requirement and coffee shops are my happy place. I’m pretty sure I was French in a past life. I love to travel and especially enjoy wandering and getting lost in a new city.
If you are ready to start living and leading bigger
to inspire yourself and others toward better, I’d love to partner with you.
