I use four primary assessment tools to benefit my clients:
Energy Leadership™ Index Assessment
I’m a Certified Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index Assessment, an attitudinal assessment that Forbes ranks one of the top ten for executives.
The ELI is an attitudinal assessment that measures how your attitudes, perceptions and beliefs, whether conscious or unconscious, are affecting how you show up in life and work.
The ELI debrief process highlights how your attitudes are working for you and propelling you forward and may be working against you and blocking success. Most importantly, it brings a new level of awareness that you have a choice in how you respond vs. react under stress. As you raise your energy and awareness, you will remove limiting thought patterns, open up greater possibility, and become better equipped to pursue goals, lead teams of people and cultivate inspiring work environments.
60 STAKEHOLDER FEEDBACK ASSESSMENT
Upward, downward and lateral feedback can powerfully enhance the effectiveness and
development of a leader by raising his/her awareness of how he/she is perceived by others.
A 360 Stakeholder Feedback Assessment includes interviewing or otherwise surveying 8-10 stakeholders with whom a leader works – direct reports, supervisors, colleagues, and external stakeholders (clients or other external partners). The feedback is then synthesized into a report that identifies the leader’s strengths and opportunities for growth.
The results, which are shared only with the client (not with any supervisor or organization that sponsors the assessment or engagement), form the basis for the client’s personal action plan. The action plan frames the transformation to be made through coaching.
HOGAN PERSONALITY INVENTORY
I’m a Certified Practitioner of the Hogan Assessment – the gold standard in executive personality tools.
The Hogan Assessment has three components: Hogan Personality Inventory (“HPI”), Hogan Development Survey (“HDS”) and Motives, Values and Preferences Inventory (“MVPI”).
Every leader and high potential would benefit from the powerful nuggets of the Hogan. The three components, together, identify the “bright side” of your personality, the “dark side” of your personality or blind spots and your organizational values. Understanding your strengths, eliminating derailleurs and identifying your organizational values and motivators will allow you to level-up your effectiveness and leadership.
TEAM CULTURE ASSESSMENT
I employ a Team Culture Assessment that measures both functional and relational factors to generate a rich picture of overall team effectiveness and provide a platform for the creation of a high impact team development solution.
Coaching is not one-size-fits-all.
These assessment tools can be customized and packaged with coaching and workshops to meet your specific individual or organizational needs.
